Information on the right of withdrawal

You have the right to revoke your contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or has taken possession of the last goods.

Exception: For custom goods and productions according to customer specifications or clearly for unique personal needs, the right of revocation does not apply in principle.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform our company, Standsome Americas Inc. of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement by email to admin@standsomeamericas.com. You can download the sample withdrawal form from our website (Revocation Form), fill and submit it, or send us another clear statement.

If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you by email a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient for you to send notice of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequence of the revocation

If you revoke this Agreement, we will refund all payments received by us from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges resulting from your selection of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive notification of your revocation of this Agreement.

We will generally use the same payment method you used in the original transaction for such refund, unless expressly agreed with you, and in no event will you be charged for such refund.

We may refuse to issue a refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days after the day on which you notify us of your revocation of this Agreement. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.

Items that can be sent by parcel must be returned by parcel. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items that cannot be sent by parcel must be returned to us by a carrier. You are responsible for and will absorb the direct costs of returning the merchandise. These costs are estimated to be a maximum of $200.00.
