This new tree will be planted where it is needed in North America: we support many restoration programs concentrating efforts where there is a need for reforestation and afforestation. Forests provide water to millions of North Americans in thousands of communities, clean our air, store carbon and release oxygen. They also provide timber, minerals as well as other ressources for industries and for communities.
North America has particularly suffered from centuries of unconscious human exploitation and behaviour. This had, and still has, a dramatic impact on the ecosystem, on natural protection against natural disasters and the economy.
It is time to stand and give back.
